When the park reaches 80% capacity, we utilize dynamic pricing which increases rates by 10%.
**Two-night minimum stay with the A-Frame, Chalet, or Tree House. Single-night stays are available with a $40 cleaning fee. Three-night minimum on holiday weekends.
* All rooms are non-smoking a $150 fee will be assessed if you smoke anything in the rooms
Well-mannered dogs are welcome: $10 pet fee per pet per night.
Discounts
Discounts are available for RV Sites and are applied ONLY when you contact the front desk. The online booking service will NOT apply any discounts.
10% discount on our daily RV rate to active or retired military, seniors 60 and over, and Good Sam Members. Only ONE discount or coupon may be used per visit. Discounts are for daily rates ONLY and are NOT available on holiday weekends.
We are a Passport America Campground. Members will receive the discount for their RV site when they present their card. Passport America discounts are for a maximum of 2 days and are not available on holiday weekends. Passport America memberships can be purchased at the office.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival dates will be charged $10. Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to arrival date will be charged the deposit. Cancellations 24 hours or less will be charged for 2 days.
Change Policy: There will be a $10.00 fee for changes to reservations.
For monthly rentals, a $150 deposit will be refunded at check-out after the electrical meter has been verified. No Refunds for “No Shows”. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a refund minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days or less of arrival date will lose their deposit.
