General Resort Rules

• All guests and visitors must register at the office.
• Parking passes must be displayed in your windshield.
• Maximum: 2 vehicles & 1 RV per site. Up to 6 people per site including visitors.
• Speed limit is 10 mph throughout the resort.
• Quiet hours: 11pm – 8am. No loud music; if your neighbors hear it, it’s too loud.
• No fireworks or firearms. Golf carts only; ATV use restricted. Drivers must be 16+ with valid license & insurance.
• Parents are responsible for children’s behavior and damages. Under 16 must be with an adult after 11pm.
• Guests are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Check the office for Lost & Found.

Rooms, Cabins & Lodging

• Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Do not use room towels at pool/spring. Pool towels available at the office.
• No smoking in rooms, cabins, or houses (up to $250 cleaning fee).
• Well-mannered dogs welcome: $10/day pet fee + refundable $100 hold.
• No grills or campfires on wooded porches.

RV & Tent Sites

• Check-in: 2:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Dispose of garbage in dumpsters at Entrance/Exit. No large items in dumpsters.
• Sewer connections must have rubber donuts or plastic screw-in fittings.
• Picnic tables and benches must stay at the site. Ask office for extras.

Pool & Spring

• No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk. No running, flipping, or diving.
• Security bands must be worn in pool/spring areas.
• Visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest.
• No glass, drinks, or smoking in pool complex or spring. Use provided tables.

Pet Policies

• Dogs must be leashed (max 6 ft), non-aggressive, quiet, and cleaned up after.
• Tent-camping pets must be supervised by guests 16+. Pets left alone must be crated.
• Pets allowed in lodge, spring, and around resort (not in pool complex, rec-center, or bathrooms).
• Dog wash station available; please don’t wash pets in bathhouses.

Discounts & Reservation Policies

• 10% discount on daily RV rates for military (active/retired/veteran), seniors (60+), and Good Sam members. One discount per visit. Not valid on holiday weekends.
• Passport America: discount on RV sites with valid card; limited to 2 days; not valid on holiday weekends.
• Cancellations ≥ 8 days prior: $10 + tax fee. Less than 8 days: 1-night deposit charged. No-shows: no refund.
• Monthly reservations: cancel ≥30 days before check-in = refund minus $10 + tax; <30 days = lose deposit. Reservation changes: $10 + tax fee.
