The Lower Rendezvous is available for guests with tents or smaller RV’s (under 28′ or 20′).

- 16 water & electric only sites (RVs no longer than 20′)

There is NO cable TV or WiFi in the Lower Rendezvous. Please look at the RV Resort page for the sites to accommodate larger RV’s!

When the park reaches 80% capacity, we utilize dynamic pricing which increases rates by 10%.
Discounts are available and can be applied ONLY when you contact the front desk. The online booking service will NOT apply any discounts. 10% discount on our daily RV rate to active or retired military, seniors 60 and over, and Good Sam Members. Discounts do not apply to tent sites or Electric & Water sites.
Only ONE discount or coupon may be used per visit. Discounts are for daily rates only and are NOT available on holiday weekends.
We are a Passport America Campground. Members will receive the discount when they present their card. Passport America discounts are for a maximum of 2 days and are not available on holiday weekends. Passport America memberships can be purchased at the office.
Change Policy: There will be a $10.00 fee for changes to reservations.
Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival dates will be charged $10. Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to arrival date will be charged the deposit. Cancellations 24 hours or less will be charged for 2 days.
For monthly rentals in Lower Rendezvous, no refunds for “No Shows”. Cancellations made 30 days prior to check-in date will receive a refund minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days or less of arrival date will lose their deposit.
